This project includes the development of the new campus for Shamrock Trading Corporation. The 32+ acre site is located between the east side of Metcalf between 93rd and 95th street. The site was redeveloped from a 1960s era retail shopping center with multiple buildings located throughout the site with surface parking. The new development plan is to be built in phases, ultimately accommodating three buildings totaling approximately 861,450 SF of office and support spaces, three parking structures accommodating over 4,400 spaces and nine surface parking areas accommodating an additional 790 vehicles. A separate retail/restaurant parcel is identified in the northwest corner of the site as future development.
